Andrew Silber - CEO/Managing Member
With more than twenty years in the telecommunications industry, Andrew Silber brings leadership, innovation, and experience to the Zirrus Group Management team. Andrew is responsible for day-to-day management of operations and business development. Andrew previously served as Vice President of Hosted Product Management and Hosted Solutions at EarthLink Business. In this role Andrew was responsible for management of all growth products including Unified Communications as a Service, SIP solutions, Mobility and Lifecycle Product Management. Prior to Earthlink’s acquisition of STS Telecom, Andrew was the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of STS Telecom in Fort Lauderdale, FL where he managed day-to-day operations and oversaw the implementation and build-out of their optical carrier fiber network in South Florida and provided critical leadership and vision during the launch of the STS Telecom Hosted VoIP platform. His unique approach to process management helped improve operational efficiency and developed the highly regarded STS Telecom implementation lifecycle program. Andrews’s leadership helped STS Telecom become one of the most successful Hosted VoIP startups in the Southeast United States, positioning them for acquisition by Earthlink Business. Prior to co-founding STS Telecom, Andrew served as Executive Vice President and Board Member of TVC Telecom and served as Director of Sales at IDS Telecom, a regional CLEC, both companies based in South Florida
Robert Senatore - President & COO/Managing Member
With more than 20 years in the Telecommunications industry, Robert recently joined Zirrus Group, LLC as Managing Member and President. Previously, Robert was the Founder and CEO of Direct Communication Solutions (DCS). Under Roberts leadership, DCS became the largest reseller of embedded modules for Telit Communications in North America. During his tenure at DCS, Robert successfully lead negotiations that resulted in the largest fleet technology modernization project to date for the NYC Taxi and Limousine Commission, encompassing more than 20,000 taxi cabs over a 3 year period, while securing a multimillion dollar contract for Sprint. Prior to founding DCS, Robert served in several sales and sales leadership roles within the Sprint Wireless and Wholesale organizations, where Robert was a consistent top producer. Robert is also very involved in his family and community. He is a Division Director and Director of Sponsorships for City of Parkland Baseball. He has coached Flag Football in Parkland, Florida for the past 7 years. Robert is also a graduate of Florida State University.
Don May - EVP of Sales & CMO/Member
With two decades of experience in sales, marketing, and technical leadership roles at various telecommunications companies, Don May spearheads sales and marketing strategies for Zirrus Group. Most recently, as the Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing at TeleSwitch, Don was responsible for a sales and marketing organization with over $25m USD in annual sales through multiple channels to thousands of corporate customers, counting amongst them America's leading Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining TeleSwitch Don was the National Director of Sales for STS Telecom and Regional Vice President of Sales at Inflexion Communications. His broad sales leadership experience and engineering background makes him uniquely qualified to lead our M2M and IoT centric sales organization. Don is a decorated veteran of the US Army where he served in various roles as a Non-Commissioned Officer. Don and his family live in Cooper City, Florida, where he is involved in various community organizations with his wife.
David Bruce - Technical Operations Manager/Member
David Bruce is responsible for managing our multi-carrier MVNO and leads the support effort for its worldwide M2M customer base. David has a successful track record working in the M2M and IoT markets, holding various technical leadership positions. Formally, David was the head of Information Technology for Direct Communication Solutions the largest Telit embedded module reseller in North America. During his tenure at DCS, David developed embedded module testing application processes and developed several custom scripting programs, drastically improving operational efficiency and time to market. Prior to DCS David was a level three network and system engineer for AETG, a national IT managed services provider. He completed his undergraduate degree at Barry University in Miami, Florida.
Martin Rodriguez - Vice President of Operations
Martin recently joined Zirrus Group as Vice President of Operations. With over 15 years of experience in the Telecommunications industry. He is responsible for oversight of Operations and Engineering, with a focus on strategic planning, project management, process discovery and re-engineering, along with implementation of business intelligence and IT systems. Martin previously served as Director of Hosted Services at EarthLink Business, where he lead technical operations, while maintaining a customer centric approach and driving profitable revenue through operational efficiency. His role focused on developing and implementing an integration strategy for the newly acquired STS Telecom into EarthLink’s rapidly changing operations. Prior to Earthlink’s acquisition of STS Telecom, Martin served in multiple positions. Starting as Manager of the Network Operations Center, he was later made Director of Business Engineering and finally promoted to Vice President of Operations. During Martin’s tenure, his areas of responsibility included management of Customer Support, Network Operations, Hosted Services, Project Management, Training, Sales Engineering and Field Engineering. Martin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, as well as an Executive MBA.
Alan Goldstein - VP of Sales – Direct Channels
Throughout his long tenure working within leading and cutting edge large scale companies, Alan has built a reputation for developing business strategies, incubating new business models and embracing customer centrist service and financial models that result in profitable partnerships. Embracing the core values of integrity, growth and innovation, Alan consistently puts the focus on letting the customers needs and desires drive business process and service delivery.
Alan lives in Boca Raton, FL with his wife Amy and two children Jake and Jordan, where they take an active role in the local community as a champion of education and local sports to help shape our youth into the future leaders.
David Jank - Director of sales engineering
With over 20 years experience in sales and consulting engineering roles providing telecommunications solutions in both the Enterprise and SMB space, David joins Data2Go Wireless as Director of Sales Engineering. Throughout his 19 year tenure with Sprint Corporation, David built a reputation for developing strong client-centric relationships based on trust in his technical solutions and by advocating internally and externally for the client's best interests. He has worked with a wide array of clients (Carnival Corporation, Autonation, MasTec, and Office Depot to name a few) and while his skill set is vast, his expertise encompasses the areas of fixed, mobile, and M2M wireless connectivity, data/voice WAN convergence & UC, and managed services. Prior to Sprint, David served in Telecom consulting and sales support roles at Unisys. Within the community, David is active in juvenile diabetes research advocacy and coaches youth baseball and softball. He is a graduate of the University of South Florida, and an avid photographer.
